What errors could that be? I am only doing what has worked perfectly hundreds of times. Suddenly.Timed out repeatedly with message to "fix errors". Until this evening I have never had a problem uploading a photo. The OP has uploaded one photo today so I guess the issue is now sorted out, or at least the direct link above is providing a path to upload to the account. If it's not your browser zoom, can you upload if you use the direct URL to the upload page:
Try resetting your browser zoom to 100% if it is not near this number. One thing that will make the icon disappear is an exaggerated browser zoom setting when on the flickr website. Like where is it missing? If you mean in the black bar at the top of the photostream page, flickr doesn't remove that icon, at least I've never heard of them removing that icon for anyone.
