Now, you will get the last installation window that offers you launch the game right after you click on the Finish button. Choose the already determined pathway to locate the place of installation of the mod.(click the install button). Then, launch the unpacker/installer right-a-way. Once the proper main game file(.exe/application)is in place, Copy and Paste the unpacked mod's main file at the very same place as the main game file is(main folder of the game). From there, launched the unpacker/installer of the file right where it already is(in the game's main folder). Did a Cut and Paste that very same executable to my Downloads folder and, from there, Copy and Paste the unpacked much older file of Winds of War back in the game's main folder.
What I did to do a successful patching of the game is: Go to the main GoG.com folder, Games folder, Heroes of Might and Magic 4 folder and, then, locate the proper executable/application file of the game. exe of the Expansion edition of Winds of War dating back 2002. It is through the Downloads page that I successfully downloaded the installer file of version 3.5.1(3.51) of this mod. exe files through the Celestial Heavens web-site that contains a direct link to the mod's main page.
